In this thesis projet the theme of comunities is elaborated, comunities intended to person that suffering from mental disorders, as complex structures that should promote autonomy possible and potential. It’s important consider the organizational sense such as self-trasnscending force which guides and motivates the educators into practices in these structures. Despite the most functions performed by the educator in these structures, it’s important that the educational role is central always and against a mere assistential logic, but it must promote autonomy possible and personal growth. Moreover, the thesis wants demonstrate the importance about the team cure through supervision of it and the attention of uman relations in organizations. This thesis wants delineate the helping relationship main foundations and understand the social organizations as systems able to help.
