With this thesis we want to emphasise the essentiality and importance of the environment in education and therefore the attention and the study that should be put into the creation and arrangement of a space dedicated to the educational task. This in the field of nursery school(0-3y) has its own essential and fundamental characteristics which are useful in satisfying the needs of children and parents but also supports their growth in the world. Due to the covid 19 pandemic, major structural and architectural changes have been made to educational and school environment. Specifically, the structuring of the space and the changes that have taken place at Centro Infanzia Bimbiinsieme will be analysed. In this pandemic period, with many weeks of lockdown, the fundamental importance of the virtual environment was also discovered, and how this has influenced the educational but also relational processes either for adults and children. The educators who find themselves organizing and structuring classes and sections are the same who have had to adapt, together with parents and children, to new environments and who have tried to adapt them in the best possible way. For this reason, they were asked in first-hand what they thought about the role of the environment in education, and the changes that have occurred.
